do you eat right ? try to cut down on fatty carbs because that can make unnecessary fat. protein, such as eggs and chicken breast, and grapefruit juice is a good way of burning fat. also for a thigh gap, the elliptical is good. put it in high resistance but on a low incline so it doesn’t make you muscular. its all about CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO !! and don’t forget to do crunches. even just a hundred a day will help in the long run. hope this helps.

Hey guys. Sorry I’ve been not posting. I just got out of rehab. My parents think I’m crazy. But I’m back and ready to post. I love all the followers who stayed.
